MOQ is 1 unit, including customized configurations. Standard lead time is 5-30 days: in-stock models ship within days, custom-built machines typically need 3-4 weeks of production and testing.
How to choose between inline and offline PCBA cleaning machines?
Inline washers suit stable high-volume production above roughly 300-500 boards per day with 2-6 minute cycle times. Offline batch machines suit lower volumes, prototypes and rework, cleaning a basket in 20-60 minutes including drying.
What cleaning technology do CHUANGQI machines use?
Three-stage process: spray washing with water-based cleaning fluid heated to 40-60 degrees C, DI-water rinse zones, and hot-air drying. Cleanliness is verified by ROSE test (ionic contamination measurement) or ion chromatography.
How does dry ice blasting compare with wet washing?
Dry ice blasting cleans waterlessly using CO2 pellets: kinetic impact, thermal shock and sublimation remove flux, oils and oxides with zero residue and no secondary waste. It suits solder pallets, oven parts and items that must not get wet.
Do you support OEM and ODM?
Yes. OEM/ODM is welcome, including custom machine dimensions, branding, voltage options (110/220/380V, 50/60Hz) and HMI language.
What specifications should I check before buying a stencil cleaning machine?
Compatible stencil size (our machines handle frames up to 736x736 mm), spray pressure and flow rate, closed-loop fluid dosing, filtration down to a few microns, separate DI-water rinse and hot-air drying.
