These terms govern the use of chuangqitech.com. The site is aimed at business customers (EMS
providers, electronics manufacturers, distributors and OEM/ODM partners), not at consumers. By using the
site you accept these terms.
Product descriptions, specifications, drawings, prices and availability on this site are provided for
information and do not constitute a binding offer. Quotations are issued as EXW unless
stated otherwise, remain valid for 30 days, and become binding only when confirmed in writing in an order
acknowledgement or individual contract. Machine configurations for customised (OEM/ODM) projects are
confirmed in the specification sheet attached to the contract.
We work to keep all technical data (throughput, tank volume, cycle times, ionic cleanliness results,
dimensions, utility requirements) accurate. Values measured on our own test boards under defined
conditions are not guaranteed results in your process; they depend on board design, flux chemistry,
contamination level and process settings. We recommend a
free sample cleaning test before purchase.
Please make sure the data you submit in the RFQ form is accurate and that you are authorised to
provide it. Do not send confidential drawings, Gerber files or process secrets through the open web form
— we sign a mutual NDA first and then exchange files through a controlled channel.
All text, images, diagrams, product photographs, CAD renderings, logos and downloadable documents on
this site are owned by CHUANGQI or used with permission. You may view, print and share links for
internal business purposes. Reproduction, redistribution or use of images and texts on competing
product pages or marketplaces requires our written consent.
Links to external sites (standards bodies, industry associations, media) are provided for reference.
We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and
under mandatory product liability law. In other cases liability for slightly negligent breach of
non-essential duties, and for indirect or consequential damage, loss of production or lost profit, is
excluded to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive.
Our machines and cleaning agents may be subject to export control. Buyers are responsible for
complying with the applicable export, import and sanctions rules of their country and confirm that they
will not resell to embargoed destinations or restricted end uses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The place of jurisdiction and
arbitration for disputes arising from an individual contract is determined in that contract. If you are
a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants you mandatory local rights, those rights remain unaffected.
