CHUANGQI designs and builds cleaning machines for the electronics manufacturing industry. From post-solder flux washing of PCBA boards to stencil and screen cleaning, nozzle and fixture restoration, dry ice surface treatment and pre-print dust removal, we cover every cleaning step of the SMT process with standard models and fully customized inline systems.
Every machine is assembled and tested in our own workshop before shipment. We work with customers in more than 30 countries across automotive, medical, consumer electronics and industrial control sectors, and we support OEM/ODM cooperation with full NDA protection.

Every production batch undergoes multi-stage inspection: water-tightness and spray-pressure calibration, temperature uniformity testing of the drying system, 72-hour continuous trial runs and ionic cleanliness verification with test boards. Machines ship with CE-ready designs, English manuals and lifetime remote support, meeting the standards demanded by automotive and industrial clients worldwide.
